3Daughters, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “3Daughters”) respects the privacy of visitors to and users of our website. This Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) describes our privacy practices concerning information we collect by you visiting or using the 3Daughters website, located at www.3daughtershealth.com (the “Website”). 1.OUR STANCE ON PRIVACY.

3Daughters aims to provide a trusted Website to our users. We do plan on using anonymized aggregate user data to improve our products and services, but we will not sell our customers’ data, identity, or contact information to third parties or vendors. 3Daughters collects limited information about users of our Website. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Information” is information that 3Daughters collects as a result of your access to or use of our Website that cannot directly associate with a specific person or user without the aid of additional information. As of the last update of this Privacy Policy, 3Daughters does not collect any personally identifiable information about persons or users of our Website (meaning any information that 3Daughters can directly associate with a specific person or entity without additional information) (such information “Personal Information”). You can visit and use our Website without submitting any Personal Information, but we do collect other Information about visitors and users of our Website as noted below.

9.SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE FOR NEVADA RESIDENTS.

If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain Information to third parties who intend to license or sell that Information. Please note that we do not currently sell your Information as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.

 Our Website is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or other age as required by local law). We recommend that persons over 13 but under 18 years of age ask their parents for permission before using our Website.
